About Me
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where I spent much of my childhood hiking through Topanga Canyon and riding horses in Chatsworth. Alongside my early interest in biology and the human body, I developed a deep appreciation for the arts—especially theatre, ceramics, music, and world culture. I'm fluent in Spanish and closely connected to my Argentine heritage, having spent meaningful time in Buenos Aires with extended family.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis, earning a Bachelor of Science in Genetics with a minor in Theatre Arts. I was drawn to genetics for its central role in understanding the human body and its potential to inform both diagnosis and treatment. While at UC Davis, I participated in research at the MIND Institute, where we explored the effects of theatre-based interventions on children with autism.
I earned my medical degree from NOVA Southeastern University in Florida and completed my residency in Family Medicine through the UC Davis Consortium for Medical Education in Modesto, California.
I bring a broad and informed perspective to medicine, shaped by diverse experiences and a deep commitment to intellectual rigor. I’m known for my thoroughness, diagnostic precision, and the time I devote to solving complex medical problems. Fluent in Spanish and attuned to the cultural nuances of care, I serve a diverse patient population with thoughtfulness and integrity. My work is driven by a deep respect for the science of medicine, a passion for getting difficult diagnoses right, and a belief that excellent care begins with listening carefully and thinking deeply.
